Yolanda is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, yoga teacher, artist and mother with a passion for helping women create more ease in their lives through developing supportive daily routines.
These are tailored to the individual and include movement, meditation, healthy eating and other cornerstones of Ayurvedic self care. She focuses on achievable, realistic and practical ways to apply this ancient wisdom to modern life.
Working with a wide variety of health conditions, Yolanda particularly loves to support women in transition – eg: starting their menstrual cycle, becoming mothers, going through menopause or adapting to new surroundings or circumstances. Life transitions are challenging because they force us to let go of the familiar and face the future with a feeling of vulnerability. Having a daily self care routine we can depend on during these times can help lead to positive personal growth.
One of her favourite quotes is “practice and all is coming”. It’s a powerful antidote in our ‘quick-fix’ world that small improvements sustained over a long period of time actually have the most lasting impact.
