NDIS Participants – This service is available in a home community setting with a suitably qualified support worker.
Services include but are not limited to:
Physical Self Care support: Assistance with activities of daily living, all forms of exercise, diet/nutrition including meal prep, dance, walking, yoga etc.
Emotional Self Care support: Art, music therapy, sewing, meditation, gardening with support worker, reading with support worker, creative subconscious writing
Spiritual Self Care support: Meditation, writing, art, nature walks, museum visits, religious study, other spiritual practices
Intellectual Self Care support: Career development, creative pursuits
Social Self Care support: Building relationship, nurturing relationship through social activity
Relational Self Care support: Support with relationships, counselling, attendance of workshops
Safety and Security Self Care support: Financial and educational support from providers
